If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

5. Once the return is received and verified, an eligible refund or replacement may be processed.

If you no longer want the product, you may return it within the 60-day guarantee period.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Do not use “Return to Sender” or refuse delivery instead of following the return instructions.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

• Refund processing is handled through BuyGoods.

• Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• We do not charge a restocking fee.
